Getting started
What is Hadirmu?
Hadirmu is a digital disposable camera for events. Guests scan the QR on the table, shoot from their phone browser, and the photos land straight in your private gallery.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. After scanning the QR, the camera opens right in the guest's phone browser.
How can I try it?
Create a test event for free. The trial covers 5 guests with 20 shots each, and the photos are kept for 30 days.
What kinds of events is it for?
Weddings, engagements, birthdays, company events, and any event where guests bring a phone.

Do guests need internet?
Yes. Photos upload while the guest's phone is online. With a weak signal, photos don't upload, so make sure the venue has good signal or offer guest Wi-Fi.
Which browsers are supported?
Every browser works. We recommend Chrome because that's where we test the most.
How many shots does each guest get?
Each guest gets 20 shots. The limit is deliberate, so every photo means more.
How many guests can join?
The number of guests per event depends on the package you choose.
What if a guest's camera won't open?
Usually the browser hasn't been given camera permission yet. The fix is on the guest help page.

Who can see the gallery?
The event creator decides when creating the event: the gallery is for the host only, or visible to all guests.
Can I download all the photos at once?
Yes, if the event creator turns this on.
How long are photos kept?
The gallery is kept for 30 days, then deleted. This can't be extended, so download the photos within 30 days.
Can I remove inappropriate photos?
Yes. The host can delete photos from the event dashboard.
Who owns the photos?
The photos belong to the event host. Hadirmu only uses photos for promotion with permission.
Packages and payment
How much does it cost?
Pricing is per event, based on the number of guests. It starts at Rp99,000 for 25 guests, and the most popular package is Rp549,000 for 200 guests. Each guest gets 20 shots. The full list is on the Digital Disposable Camera page, and you can try it free for 5 guests.
How do I pay?
For now, payment is by bank transfer. Other payment methods are on the way.
Can I get a refund?
Only partly. If you cancel at least 30 days before the event, we refund 10% of the package price. After that, payments aren't refunded, but you can move your event to another date for a 10% fee. That's why we suggest trying it free first, so you're sure before you buy.
