Announced at the opening
Ask the MC to invite attendees to shoot when the event opens.
Wi-Fi for attendees
Photos only upload while an attendee's phone is online. If the signal in the room is weak, offer attendee Wi-Fi.
Download for the report
The gallery is kept for 30 days. Download the photos for your event report before it's deleted.
