Put QR cards on guest tables and the reception desk, so guests see them as they arrive.
Ask the MC to invite guests to shoot after the vows or at the start of the reception.
Photos only upload while a guest's phone is online. Make sure the venue has good signal, or offer guest Wi-Fi.
The gallery is kept for 30 days, then deleted, and can't be extended. Download the photos while they're there.
